CASP is offering a 4-day April Vacation Program that will remain onsite at Cabot School. The program will run for a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 50 students per day. Enrollment is first come, first served. You may choose as many days as needed. Students who currently receive tuition assistance are eligible for a proportional discount in the daily fee. Families will need to enroll each child for each day separately through the Jackrabbit Parent Portal.

Drop-off and pick-up times are at your discretion, but you must escort your child to the lunch room door in the blue zone to sign in and return there to sign out at pick-up. A morning and afternoon snack will be provided in addition to lunch and a menu will be communicated one week in advance. Weather permitting, we will be outside as much as possible during the week - please send your child with a water bottle!

Daily hours: 8:15 AM - 5:45 PM.

Daily cost: $60 per day plus activity fee

Location: Cabot School lunch room and gym

Application deadline: Monday, April 4 at 6 PM

You will be billed for the enrolled days after vacation.

Daily Themes:

Tuesday, April 19th: "Take Flight", We’ll take the day exploring things that fly! Activities include paper airplane contests, rocket launching, egg drop challenges & more!

Wednesday, April 20th: “Game Show!”, a day filled with fun group challenges- both physical & mental! We’ll bring classic TV & board games to life! From “Name that Tune” to “Hungry Hippos”! Thanks for playing!

Thursday, April 21st: "Medieval Court", Enter into a time of Knights, Princesses, & Jesters…Activities include making foam swords & cardboard shields, dollhouse castles, catapult challenges and a banquet style lunch!

Friday, April 22nd: “Earth Day”, Today is the day we celebrate our planet! We’ll get outside to connect with nature! Birding/nature walks in Cabot Woods, “up-cycled” crafts, seed projects…maybe a “beautifying” project around our school!

Enrollment Directions:

1. Log into the parent portal and select Classes and Events at the top right above the blue section.

2. Click on Find Events. You must enroll for each day as a separate event.

3. Select one day at a time to see the Event Details Page. You will see a brief description of the daily theme and you will see a list of your children’s names.

4. Check off as many as you want and add any additional info you’d like in the comments section.

5. You must read and agree to each policy before clicking on Enroll. After this you will be returned to the list of events where you will be able to sign up for more days. You will then receive a confirmation email.
